WHAT IS PRODUCT LINK?

Product Link is a system that is composed of hardware components and an off-board Web. This web application is called VisionLink. Product Link hardware collects and sends essential information of your machine wireless to your machine supervisor.

VISIONLINK

VisionLink is more than a monitor to check fuel consumption. The machinery management system has many other trump cards, from protection against theft to malfunction alerts, all very easy to use. VisionLink is currently also reachable via Smartphone.

With VisionLink you can keep guard over your equipment in a comprehensive and flexible manner. New hardware is responsible for reliable operation in practically all locations through the use of GSM technique. Within VisionLink you can view the data on your machinery. Meticulous and timely information about location, use and condition of your equipment can make a substantial difference in the efficiency and costs of your total operation.

After collection, data of CAT equipment may be easily transferred to other company software so that this information may be used multiple times in various applications.

Types of Product Link

PL321

This type sends information via satellite and reports 4 times a day. 
This system can function anywhere (even in the far interior).
The costs of a complete kit are: $ 2,513.27

PL522

This system works only in locations where there is mobile coverage.
This type sends information via mobile and reports every other minute.
The costs of a complete kit are: $ 1,986.12

PL421

This system works only in locations where there is mobile coverage. This type sends information via mobile and reports every other minute. There is a special version of this that can be installed on generators.

The costs of a complete kit are: $ 940.00

REQUIREMENTS TO QUALIFY FOR THIS SERVICE

The machine must be registered in our S.O.S. program. S.O.S. is the abbreviation for Scheduled Oil Sampling. The S.O.S. is based on regular lab tests of oil samples. At certain times (each time after 250 operational hours) a sample is taken of the oil of the engine, transmission and final drive and sent to the S.O.S. lab.
