For our Service Department, we are looking for a:

SERVICE DATA ANALYST

Description

The Service Data Analyst is responsible for professional Data Quality management. To interpret and understand the patterns and behaviors of service-related data analysis that consists of collecting, processing, and performing statistical analyses on large datasets related to customer service performance.

Job Duties/ Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Explore and analyze data by building and managing standard service jobs;

· Clean and prepare service entry data in dealer ERP systems;

· Visualize data by building and processing business technical reports;

· Collaborate with technical and administrative staff to achieve maximum productivity;

· Maintain analytical platforms managed by the main suppliers and the Dealership;

· Report exploratory data analyses (EDA).

Education and/or Experience

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with at least two (2) years’ experience in administrative technical support role.

· A technical background (NATIN) is an advantage.

· Experience with performing data and statistical analyses.

· Experienced in Power Bi and Microsoft Visio.

· Must have industry and product knowledge of general heavy equipment and aftermarket products.

Reporting structure

The reporting line of the Service Data Analyst differs depending on the assigned sub department and work location.

Work Schedule

· The base work location is either at Surmac Paramaribo or Surmac Wanica and the working hours are either from 7.00 - 16.00 or 7.30 - 16.15.

· Availability required for work at the various Surmac locations.

· Availability on Saturdays based on schedule or on request.
