For our Service Allied Department, we are looking for a:
SERVICE DATA ANALYSIS COORDINATOR
Description
The Service Data Analysis Coordinator is responsible for an adequate collection of data for
quality management and job task coordination of the Service Data Analysts. Also, for leading
and developing the Service Data Analyst section and interpreting patterns and behaviors of
service-related data analyses. In addition, the Service Data Analysis Coordinator collects,
processes, and performs statistical analyses on large datasets related to customer service
performance.
Job Duties/ Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Support with building and coordinating standard service jobs according to business
data exploration and analysis;
• Ensure cleaning & preparation of service entry data in dealer ERP Systems;
• Support and contribute to data collection and visualizations by building and
processing business technical reports;
• Keep track of insights and recommendations on Analytical Platforms managed by the
main suppliers and the company and share these with the relevant stakeholders;
• Support and partner with cross functional teams across the company based on
Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) reports needed to produce the most useful insights
and future analytics;
• Develop data management policies and procedures with verified quality data to
ensure accurate analysis and visualized reporting;
• Coach the Service Data Analysts to exceed customer expectations;
• Contribute to data dictionary, standards, training and ongoing updates;
• Support with the development and monitoring of training plans for Service Data
Analysts by utilizing data and make actionable recommendations for all levels;
• Support with the development and implementation policies and procedures to align
business plans and program goals;
• Monitor data management processes to ensure data quality and consistency.
Education and/or Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with at least five (5) years’ experience
in administrative technical support role.
• A technical background (NATIN) is an advantage.
• At least two (2) years’ experience in a supervisory/coordinating role.
• Experience with performing data and statistical analyses.
• Experienced in Power Bi and Microsoft Visio.
• Must have industry and product knowledge of general heavy equipment and
aftermarket products.
Reporting structure
The Service Data Analysis Coordinator reports to the Service Superintendent.
Work Schedule
• The base work location is either at Surmac Paramaribo and the working hours are
from 7.00 - 16.00.
• Availability required for work at the various Surmac locations.
• Availability outside standard working hours, if required.
• Availability on Saturdays based on schedule or on request.
